4 oz Fuggles finishing.(5.2 AA) 5 min Finishing
Yeast Wyeast London #1028
water required for mash: 36/3 = 12 gallons.Strike temp=168. Single infusion at 153.
Yeast #1028 started 6/1 @ 10:30 a.m.6/3: put 1098 into frig.Add 400 ml of wort (~2 oz of dry extract) 6/3 @ 9 p.m.
6-4 brewing begins.5:38am scaled down recipe to 5.5 gallons. I figure it will lose about .5 gallons in the boiler. Cleaned everything very well.
