MEADS:
The first Style Reference

Next months style of the month is Meads and weird beers. Since the later isn't in the style guides, I thought it would be nice to explain meads a little and try and organize some of the resources on the website and the net for those wishing to make mead.

This represents the first in what I hope to be a series of style references on the website. As time becomes available, I hope to add other beer styles to the Style Reference to make it easier for people to find information on a particular type of beer.

Included in each Style reference will be various articles from the internet, bibliographic reference, official judging guidelines, recipes, and perhaps some historic background. The reference will be updated periodically to reflect new resources and updated information.
