A-maize-ing Lager (tasted at June 98 meeting)
5 gallons
7 pounds GW Pilsner Malt
2 pounds flaked corn
1 pound Gambrinus Honey Malt
3/4 oz. N. Brewer (7.5% AA) hops for 60 min.
3/4 oz. Mt. Hood for 20 min
3/4 oz. Mt. Hood for 5 min.
Single temp mash at 151 for 70 min.
Boiled 90 min. OG: 1.054.
FG: 1.017
Pilner Urquell yeast from Faultline.
