Club Brew-in
May 9th, 1998 at 10:00 am

The club group brew session is set for the regular meeting day in May, the 9th. We’ll do our best to publicize the event for potential new members and Brewmaster customers. This is one of the chances we get to give something back to Tom Baird, our sponsor at Brewmaster.

June

Food & Beer Dinner
Tentative in June

The club food and beer dinner is still being planned, possibly for late April. We are still looking for volunteers to make specific beers to share, or to prepare dishes to go with the beers.

July

The National AHA conference and Oregon Brewers Festival
July 22-24 and July 24-26 respectively

If your planning on going to this conference, you better book hotel rooms ahead of time. Hotels get very scarce and its worth getting reservations soon. Here's a list of hotel rooms and costs. Bryan Gros has does some scouting around on hotel costs and the page now reflects this information. Make sure to read the Portland Brew crawl in this months newsletter for information.

Northern California Homebrewer's Festival
October 3, Skyline Park, Napa

A weekend of music, food and beer. The Draught Board will have a table along with many other N. California Homebrew clubs and will be serving beer and chatting with other brewers. Speakers include Byron Burch. Tent and RV sites available. Tickets available in August at the club meeting.
