Beginning in January 1998, the 21^st year of our Club’s existence, the regular newsletter will be posted on our Club’s web site. This is done for our convenience and to save postage. There are many features which the web can provide that paper copies cannot (search engines, hypertext links, timely updates, complex graphics and color photos, efficiencies by not repeating constant items such as calendars, membership, subscriptions, etc.) For those who do not have web access, paper copies will be printed and mailed to subscribers. But you must let us know who you are.

The current newsletters are available in a member-only area. After 3 months they will be released to the general public, to join the nearly 3 year’s worth of on-line archives.

In order to sign up for the members only area, follow these directions:

Point your browser to http://www.dnai.com/~thor/dboard/index.htm

Click on the "Members Only" button on the left hand side.

Under "user name" type: newmemb

Under "password" type: 68rover

When the new member section comes up, please fill in all the information and press the "Submit" button. Please note under user ID and password, it wants to know what you want your new password to be, not the "newmemb" password you used to get there in the first place. The "newmemb" user ID and password will be deleted in December so don’t put this off!
