Holiday Party Update

Ken and Charlie got the Christmas party information into the mail before I could give them the latest updates. Beck's Steak House would like us to start a little earlier, maybe around 3:30, instead of 4:30. Dinner will be served around 5:30. In addition to the main courses, hors d'oeurves and dessert will be provided, compliments of The Draught Board.

Beck's will supply us with ice for our beers. We will have use of the banquet room until 10:00. Beck's would also like me to provide them with the following for each of the meals that they will be serving: Name, how well cooked (the meat), butter and/or sour cream on the potato, beverage (does anyone want something besides beer? Maybe coffee). I need this information before Dec. 6th, to give to them. This will help keep them out of our way and they can work more efficiently. PLEASE add that information to your dinner order and if you have already sent me the order, please e-mail me or call (510) 471-1490 or mail it to me today. See you at the party!

This year’s Christmas party will be held at Beck's Steak House in Fremont (a change in location from initial plans) on December 14th, beginning at 3:30 pm.
