Issue 8 Check it out! Two new reference books were added to the club library, as approved and funded from the June meeting. The books are a complete set titled "Malting & Brewing Science, Volume 1, Malt & Sweet Wort," and "Volume 2, Hopped Wort & Beer." Both books are 2nd edition by Briggs, Hough, Stevens and Young. Thanks to Bob Jones for selecting these books. This reference set is a wealth of information, and may be checked out by Club members. The checkout procedure is as follows:
